What you'll do:

• Owntrendvisionandseasonalcolordirectionacross Women’s,Men’s,Kids,Baby,Footwear and Accessories.
• Synthesize retail,runway,social,search,culturalandcustomersignalsintoactionablebusinessdirection.
• Partner with Merchandising,Designand Editorialtotranslatetrendintelligenceintocommerciallyrelevantassortments.
• Buildframeworksthatdriveconsistenttrendadoptionandmeasureproductperformancetoimproveforecastingaccuracy.
• Serveasatrustedfashionauthority,influencingseniorleadersandcrossfunctionalpartnersacrosstheenterprise.
• Leadanddeveloptrendtalent,balancingfashioninstinctwithdatadrivendecisionmaking.

• Demonstratevisualintelligenceacrosscolor,silhouette,print,pattern,material,stylingandproduct,balancingcreativevisionwithcommercialjudgment.
• Influenceseniorleadersandalign Merchandising,Design,Creative,Marketing and Digitalteamsaroundcustomerandbusinesspriorities.
• Leadcrossfunctionalteams,mentortalentandfosterdevelopment.
• Bringstrongleadership,communication,storytellingandprojectmanagementskills,withafocusoninnovation,costcontrolandtimelines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite .
