** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR  Momentum Worldwide is looking for a dynamic Vice President, Account Director of Business Leadership to be a key member of a growing team working across a wide variety of programs for one of the top global retailers. We are seeking a passionate leader with experience leading multi-faceted projects that may include consumer and B2B events, digital campaigns, and shopper marketing programs.

You will work to develop a strong relationship with clients, third parties, and internal team members while leading and empowering your team across multiple work streams. This individual will lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects on time, on brief, and be responsible for delivering great work that drives business results.
HEREâ€TMS WHAT YOUâ€TMLL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)    - Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier retail account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.  - Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met
- Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development, property negotiation/management, and marketing activation development/execution, ROI methodology
- Integral member of brand team within the agency, developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s)  - Foster strong relationships across the client marketing team and proactively troubleshoot conflicts with clients
- Along with budget development and management, develop staffing plans to profitably support the business
- Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs
- Actively contributing to new business efforts, working in conjunction with senior management and external agency partners
- Develop and delivers compelling client/new business presentations
- Proactively work to grow client business across the agencyâ€TMs core disciplines
- Leadership, mentorship and development of all direct reports. Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.  - Supporting Momentumâ€TMs Values

- Retail, shopper, and commerce experience greatly valued
- Willing and interested in travel
- Self-motivated and able to problem solve in a live, onsite event environment.  - Experienced in strategic thinking and ability to see, articulate and drive to the big picture
- Passion and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels
