You will report to the Senior Director for Residential Programs, supervise Transition Specialists, and liaise with hospitals, clinics, shelters, and housing providers. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Requirements include an M.A. in psychology (or equivalent) or a BA with substantial field experience; salary ranges are competitive
