The Vice President, Field Sales is an executive leadership role responsible for defining and driving Aspen Dental’s national sales performance strategy. This individual will serve as the enterprise-wide owner of sales productivity, consultative excellence, and commercial capability—leading the teams, systems, and programs that enable Aspen’s field organization to consistently help patients to say yes to care while improving the patient experience.

The VP will partner closely with sales enablement, field operations, clinical leadership, marketing and human resources to build a high-performing, scalable sales organization anchored in the Aspen Coaching Model and Consult Technique. This is a transformational leadership role for an executive who can operate at both a strategic altitude and a field-execution level, driving measurable results across a complex, multi-market organization.

Essential Responsibilities Ownership of Enterprise Sales, ACM and ACT Performance Define and own Aspen Dental’s national sales effectiveness strategy, establishing the vision, priorities, and performance standards that govern consultative selling across all markets and regions.
