Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when the GM/OM are away, coach team members, and ensure guest experiences meet our WOW standards.
The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to move across park areas as needed. You will drive membership and program sales, oversee party events, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
