Lead a top-performing security team, oversee operations, and be the key client liaison at a prestigious location. Full support provided for
** Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification**. This is a career-advancing role for proven leaders ready to drive operational excellence.

Job Duties *
* · Lead and mentor the site management and supervisory team
· Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with contracts, post orders, and regulations
· Drive KPI performance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation
· Oversee workforce planning, budgeting, and administrative operations
· Lead incident management and crisis response
** Position Requirements*
* · 5+ years of progressive security or operations management experience
· Experience managing large teams and high-profile accounts
· Strong client relationship and financial management skills
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making ability
· Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

** The expected hiring range for this position is $77,360- $87,360 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
