Summary
The Director of Corporate Facilities oversees workplace operations, facilities strategy, and projects across company locations in New York, Connecticut, and Canada. This role leads regional facilities planning, budgets, vendor relationships, and service delivery while providing technical expertise and leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop facilities strategies, project roadmaps, budgets, and operational plans in partnership with stakeholders.
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance, workplace projects, vendor contracts, and service-level performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, building, and regulatory requirements across assigned locations.
- Lead and develop facilities teams, provide technical consultation, and promote sustainability and operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree required; AED/First Aid certification preferred.
- At least 10 years of corporate facilities management experience, including 5 or more years with large buildings or multi-campus environments.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, architectural drawings, sustainability, and energy management.
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related workplace technology; SAP familiarity is a plus.
