Brex is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for the Mid‑Market segment. You will lead four frontline sales leaders, oversee ~20 Account Executives, and report to the SVP of Sales. You’ll own segment strategy, build repeatable systems for pipeline and forecasting, and drive growth with an emphasis on accountability and collaboration.
You will work from one of Brex's offices (SF, NYC, or Seattle) in a hybrid setup, with a minimum in-office presence and up to four weeks remote per year.
