Ramp is seeking an Enterprise SDR Manager to lead a team of SDRs targeting Ramp’s largest accounts. You will build and scale the Enterprise SDR function, coach and develop the team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive pipeline and outcomes. You will report performance and shape the enterprise growth strategy.
You will help define the upmarket motion, manage complex outbound strategies, and align with executives to accelerate revenue across named books of business.
