The New York City Commission on Human Rights (OCRE) seeks an experienced Customer Service/Intake Professional to serve as Assistant Director of Infoline. You will ensure high-quality services for New Yorkers via the Infoline and Intake units, and support data-driven improvements and outreach planning.
You will also act as a backup supervisor, generate reports using SQL concepts, and assist attorneys and staff to maintain the OCRE database.
