Job Description & How to Apply Below
Run Founder Hut day-to-day. Own the P&L, the team, and the operating cadence as we scale AI-powered fundraising for founders.
MissionFounder Hut is rewriting how early-stage founders raise capital — AI-native investor matching, briefings, and pipeline. As President you own the operating company top to bottom while the founder focuses on product and strategic capital.
What you'll do- Own Founder Hut's P&L, KPIs, and weekly operating cadence.
- Hire, lead, and develop the operating team across product, services, and growth.
- Set quarterly OKRs with the CEO and execute against them mercilessly.
- Be the senior face of the company to founders, investors, and partners.
- Partner with Cyber on shared substrate, identity, and AI infrastructure.
- Operator who has been #2 at a high-growth startup or run a P&L of $5M+.
- Equally comfortable in a board meeting and a sales call.
- Believe AI changes the operating model of every company — and want to prove it.
- Bias to action. Low ego. High standards.
- Background in venture, fintech, or fundraising platforms.
