Lead a team of laboratory professionals to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery of services in a regulated environment.

• Supervise daily operations of laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate testing
• Hire, train, and manage performance of team members under senior management guidance
• Monitor inventory and manage supply budgets to support uninterrupted lab operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all lab activities
• Lead process improvement initiatives and present outcomes to stakeholders
• Support implementation of new tests, equipment, and procedures
• Act as a backup for daily lab operations as needed

Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology

• Experience with Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometers and UPLC systems
• Proficiency in LC-MS/MS data analysis and Watson LIMS system
• Knowledge of calibration, tuning, and compound optimization techniques

Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and regulatory compliance (e.g., CAP/CLIA)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor laboratory staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
