Our client is seeking a Engineering Manager to lead software engineering execution, drive value stream outcomes, and ensure technical solutions align with business needs. From day one, you’ll step into a leadership role where your vision, engineering judgment, and delivery focus help teams build, evolve, and maintain high-quality products and services across their lifecycle.

• Oversee teams of developer engineers and provide leadership, vision, and direction for the Value Stream.
• Own development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads and architects.
• Ensure technology solutions are fit for business needs and meet architectural runway expectations.
• Be responsible for engineering and developing assigned products, services, and solutions, including compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Own products/solutions throughout their lifecycle, from creation to decommissioning, and support MBI analysis while ensuring team understanding.

• Experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery outcomes across a value stream.
• Strong ownership of product/solution lifecycle activities, including compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to add Epics to capture technical dependencies and technical debt, and ensure Epics are appropriately sized using suitable estimation methods.
• Demonstrated capability to ensure technical designs meet business needs and align with the architectural runway.
• Experience coordinating with delivery leads and architects to align engineering execution with business goals.

• Lead with impact by shaping engineering direction and outcomes for the Value Stream.
• Work in a role that connects technical execution to business needs, compliance, and lifecycle ownership.
• Collaborate closely with delivery leads and architects to align design and delivery.
• Contribute to long-term product health by managing technical dependencies and technical debt through Epics.
• Take pride in building solutions that meet architectural and business expectations from creation through decommissioning.
