VP of Sales

At Rilla, the VP of Sales will oversee all revenue streams, including enterprise, mid-market, SMB, and customer success, managing the entire sales and customer retention process. The role involves leading a team of sales leaders and reps, setting high standards for pipeline development, deal quality, and retention, while personally closing complex enterprise deals. The position is based in New York City and requires in-office presence to foster collaboration among ambitious team members.

Daily responsibilities include designing sales processes for different segments, coaching teams, managing forecasts, and developing compensation and capacity plans. The VP will also serve as a key voice in product feedback and work closely with growth and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to renewal and expansion. The role demands a customer-focused, growth-oriented leader with proven success in complex sales environments.

Candidates should have extensive experience leading multi-segment sales organizations, closing large enterprise deals, and managing retention and expansion.
