Global Banking & Markets Private Operations The Global Banking & Markets (GBM) Private Operations Organization is searching for dedicated, analytical, and collaborative professionals to join our team in supporting GBM Private businesses. Global Change Managers serve as project or program managers on high-priority, strategic initiatives across the division. In this role, you will partner closely with front-to-back Operations teams, Deal Execution teams, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver robust solutions across the organization.

You will leverage your project management expertise and operational knowledge to lead cross-functional working groups, driving complex projects to successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Lead complex and strategic cross divisional initiatives in partnership with front to back business teams including product, design, engineering and operations teams

Understand and articulate how projects and benefits fit into both the program and broader firm strategy with the ability to influence and shape this Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raised

Provide transparency and progress of projects, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums with senior GBM leadership

Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do soWork with product owners to build the strategic vision and forward-looking roadmap and refine the backlog of demand, while balancing competing priorities

Define quality assurance and testing approaches, provide coaching to the team on testing best practices and develop migration strategies for post testing SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's Degree7-12 years’ relevant experience, in a business analysis / project / program management function; must have Finance Industry experience.

Strong project management skills;
Proficient in managing the full front to back lifecycle of a project including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reporting and driving delivery

Proven track record of delivering results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budget

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholders

Extensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency and conflict resolution on a large-scale program

Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct control

Strategic thinker who can identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing processes, systems and teams, e.g. costs, risk, service

Must be hands-on, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to reach efficient and effective performance levelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function and / or management consulting

Core knowledge base of Global Banking & Markets Demonstrate understanding of Financial Services & Operations processes and procedures

Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks

Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence or similar applications

Knowledge of OKR frameworks and roadmaps

Working knowledge of using AI to gain efficiencies within financial services

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $110000-$235000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
