This commitment is demonstrated through active recruiting, a comprehensive training curriculum, established career paths, and ongoing leadership development.
At Mayfair, we believe that leadership does not occur by accident. This activity requires leaders to be dedicated to their teams and also to exhibit effort, commitment, and willingness for tolerance of others in the workplace. Teams should be constructed in companies in the same way that people construct their personal relationships with friends, family and co-workers. High-functioning teams are great representations of reliability not only in our professional lives but also in our personal lives.
