Lead, mentor, and support Producers and Production teams, ensuring the right talent and resources are aligned to the work.

Oversee the operational and financial health of programs, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, staffing, scope management, and risk.

Partner closely with senior clients and cross-functional agency teams to solve problems, evaluate new opportunities, and develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and delivery strategies.

Build strong relationships with Production partners and vendors and identify opportunities to create greater consistency and efficiency across programs.

Remain actively involved in delivery by serving as lead producer on select projects or leading key Production work streams.
