Smarte Carte is seeking an Operations Manager for JFK to lead airport operations, drive customer satisfaction and manage a multi-terminal P&L.
You will build a strong front-line team of 20–30 staff, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with airport partners. This is a full-time, on-site role at JFK.
Compensation is $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and eligibility for bonus based on performance.
