- Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.
- Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.
- Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.
- Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.
- People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation. She/he manages the area shift supervisors.
- HSE:
Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions.
- Engineering Master’s degree
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in similar roles is required.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
