The Quality Inspector conducts inspections of assemblies and machined parts, supporting the Quality and Engineering teams in investigating corrective actions and preserving inspection records in compliance with government, customer, and company standards.

• Perform dimensional inspections on in‑process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment.
• Inspect weldments and fabricated products.
• Inspect finished products (painting and powder coat).
• Inspect assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Use calipers and micrometers to measure parts.
• Program CMMs as needed.
• Assist with additional duties assigned by the manager.

• High School, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in ISO‑compliant manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and proficient understanding of GD&T.
• 3+ years of CMM operation/programming.

• 5+ years of inspection experience in a precision machining environment.
• 5+ years of CMM experience.
• Experience operating and programming CMM equipment.
• Experience with Smart Scope vision system using ZONE3 Metrology Software.

Approximately $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
