Maintenance Processing Supervisor - 2nd Shift (with availability after hours) at Steuben Foods Inc.

• Responsible for food safety and quality
• Lead Processing group across 24/7 operation
• Maintenance Work-Order planning and controls
• Staff Development
• Maintenance Processes & Procedures (admin)
• Maintenance and continuous improvement programs and leadership
• Plant Projects as assigned

• 5+ years of experience with aseptic/ESL processing equipment operations
• 5+ years of experience with High-speed separation technology and Blending process
• Aseptic and ESL Processing machinery repairs, PM, and troubleshooting
• Maintenance operations Management tools i.e., CMMS or EAM

• Bachelor of Science diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fields
• Background using EAM or CMMS experience desired
• Experienced troubleshooter, with skills to resolve Liquid Food Process equipment problems
• Previous experience in the dairy, beverage, or food processing industries
• Preferred experience with liquid foods for aseptic and/or ESL processing and packaging
• Must combine professionalism and enthusiasm in approach to work
• Experience in developing teamwork and increasing skill sets

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
