• Competitive Pay:
  Up to $22.00 per hour.

  Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.

As a CNC Operator 1, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, learning and applying manufacturing skills in a supportive environment. You will:

• Operate CNC production machines to produce precision parts according to established standards.
• Load, unload, and deburr parts for production runs.
• Inspect finished parts to verify quality using basic measuring tools.
• Adjust machine offsets as needed to keep parts within tolerance.
• Meet production goals for quality, quantity, and cycle time.
• Maintain safe operations by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Keep your work area organized and adhere to Lean 6S manufacturing practices.
• Communicate effectively with your supervisor and team members.
• Use proper PPE at all times.

• Mechanical Aptitude:
  Comfortable working with machines, tools, and detailed parts.
• Basic Math
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to measure accurately and follow written instructions.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Steady hands and attention to detail.
• Communication

  Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Blueprint Reading:
  Ability to read a blueprint is a plus.

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, and walk for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
