• Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality.
• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) such as metal detection and cooking temperatures.
• Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems.
• Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing.
• Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections.
• Train production staff on quality standards and documentation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

• Fast‑paced food manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

$22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Full‑time with consistent hours.
