** KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
*** Day to day cleaning and sanitizing of the production floor and offices as direct by the FSQ Supervisor or Manager.
* Responsible for completing all necessary paperwork that is related to the cleaning and sanitizing duties that are performed throughout the shift.
* May be required to perform some preventative maintenance task as assign by plant management.
* May be required to work a varied schedule with overtime opportunities based on production needs.
* Follow all plant safety and GMP rules and regulations.
* Assist where needed/required in all food safety and quality issues or programs
* Assist as needed by management in production and related function to production.
* Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are always performed in a safe manner and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks
* Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
* Lift material of up to 50lbs and be able to stand for majority of their shift
** SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

*** Experience operating a pallet jack.
* Prior cleaning experience in a food processing plant is a plus.
* Ability to read and understand customer specifications.
* MS Office (Word Processing, Spreadsheets)
** QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

*** Further education is preferred.
* Education in HACCP (Food Safety) and Food Quality

** Base starting rate ranges from $18 to $20/hr the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
