Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
Compensation: $17 - $23 BOE

This role involves assembling products, components or parts in a production setting, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

• Assembling products, components or parts in a production setting.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment or products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• A team player with independent work capabilities.
• Soldering components, including through‑hole, surface mounts and hand soldering.
• Inspecting and testing solder joints for quality and reliability.
• Identifying defects and related issues.
• Repairing and reworking defective components on circuit boards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Minimum of 2 years in an Assembly/Production role.
• Experience in assembling products, components or parts in a production setting.
• Identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment or products.
• Experience with soldering components, including through‑hole, surface mounts and hand soldering.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location, and other geographic considerations. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
