We’re searching for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Facility Foreman to lead daily operations in our custom closet manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production processes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.

• Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are consistently met.
• Conduct hourly facility walks to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to schedules.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of machines and tools, minimizing downtime.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols to create a secure workplace for all employees.
• Take charge of monthly inventory, ensuring materials and supplies are accurately managed.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and introduce process improvements.
• Provide hands‑on training for staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot production challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.
• Report on key production metrics and offer actionable insights for improvements.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in a cabinet, closet, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Leadership: A proven track record of managing and inspiring teams to meet production targets.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is a must.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet in high‑pressure situations.
