* QUALIFICATIONS:

**** Required**:
- Degreed preferred. Will consider off-setting industry experience.
- 3+ years of plant maintenance experience in a Food or Chemical Processing operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to include professional oral and written communication, a team-focused approach, and the ability to model composure/make decisions in stressful situations.

** Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in food manufacturing facilities (esp. poultry)   Regulatory compliance knowledge, including USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety (SQF)   Strong computerized maintenance management system knowledge, ammonia refrigeration experience a plus

** Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established food processing operation who are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for;
* Coordination of maintenance work orders and
* Effective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeep

With a One Team, One Mission approach, this position collaborates across shifts and with multiple departments (Production, Utilities, Planning, Safety) to support
* Consistent yields
* Minimize downtime
* Enforce HACCP, USDA, and food safety protocol.
