Manufacturing Process Engineer
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer in our Manufacturing Production team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. You mission will be to collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and implement cost‑saving initiatives that enhance productivity and quality. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, lean principles, 6S, Kaizen, and capital projects, you will lead continuous improvement efforts in our manufacturing processes for the production of engineered‑to‑order centrifugal compressors.
You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader.
- Implement lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce the cost of goods.
- Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Lead capital projects from proposal to completion, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and time delivery.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement cost‑saving solutions.
- Develop and optimize production software and solid models to support engineering needs.
- Design work cells, tools, and layouts for streamlined production flow and process enhancements.
- Document progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives and share best practices.
- Ensure safe manufacturing procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
- One or more years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in data analytics, 6S, Kaizen activities, lean initiatives, and capital expenditures.
- Strong background in managing projects independently from start to finish.
- Ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision and deliver results on time.

- Salary range: $70,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualification. Additionally, you will be entitled to an annual bonus.
