Director of Manufacturing
Lead aerospace manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage production teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including managing staff.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN and Six Sigma.
- Experience with in AS9100 facility assembly, welding, CNC brazing, machining processes, chemical treatment of parts.
- Experience in build-to-order manufacturing management in medium volume/high-mix environments, preferably aerospace or military industries.
- Proficiency in MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
- US person- sponsorship not offered now or in the future.
- Support business goals related to product cost, quality, schedule adherence, and delivery.
- Develop standard processes for manufacturing heat exchangers using standard work formats.
- Design tooling and fixtures for production processes.
- Drive continuous improvements using process improvement methodologies like LEAN and Six Sigma.
- Monitor performance standards for product quality; recommend process improvements.
- Oversee Operational Excellence plans and coordinate projects at a tactical level.
- Provide technical support regarding process improvements and non-conforming parts.
