Position:
Warehouse Picker/Packer at Oak Beverages Inc.

Open.

The Picker will complete appropriate tasks for the shipping and receiving departments including preparing orders for next‑day delivery and receiving and documenting shipments.

• Physically gather all materials needed for next day outbound orders.
• Shrink wrap and stage each order according to company standards.
• Record each lot number shipped and/or each date of manufacture of each product shipped.
• Load all outbound trailers in adherence to company policy using a forklift.
• Double check all inbound and outbound transfers of materials.
• Double check all recorded lot number and/or dates recorded by pickers.
• Double check all physical quantities of each item being gathered and shipped.
• Double check all labeling of finished products being shipped.
• Double check all inbound trailers for cleanliness.
• Support all Shipping and Receiving operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in warehouse environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments with limited time constraints.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Forklift Certified – Preferred; must attend additional training/certification on‑site.
• Must wear safety boots and gloves.
