Molding Process Technician | Congers, NY

Shift: Thurs–Sun or Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

Pay: $36–$45/hr

Keep production running. Keep quality high. ZING Recruiting is looking for a Molding Process Technician to join a top manufacturing team in Congers, NY. This is a hands‑on, high‑responsibility role where you’ll oversee your shift, perform mold changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth, consistent production that meets strict quality standards.

• Lead daily production and uphold safety, efficiency, and quality goals
• Perform mold changeovers, startups, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot molding machines, molds, and support equipment
• Conduct quality checks, maintain batch records, and support cGMP compliance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate with the Molding Manager

• 3–5 years of injection molding experience
• Deep understanding of molding processes and plastics
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
• Experience operating and tuning molding peripherals (e.g., 6‑axis robots)
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and dependable
• Bonus:
  Pharmaceutical or ISO background
