Base pay: $18.00/hr

Baldwin Richardson Foods is a full-service liquid products supplier and strategic partner to the food and beverage industry, producing high-quality sauces, toppings, syrups, fillings, and beverages. The role is based in Macedon, NY, with a starting hourly rate of $18 plus a shift differential of $0.75/hour for 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm).

Responsibilities

Operate walk-behind stackers and other equipment safely, following safety procedures.

Perform equipment inspections and maintain housekeeping standards.

Receive, transfer, and locate products and materials following SOPs.

Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely material movement to meet production schedules.

Utilize SAP for material transactions and handle finished goods with stretch wrappers and labeling.

Maintain quality standards and complete necessary paperwork.

Support inventory control, plant cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 600 pounds with assistance, among other physical requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain a Walk Behind Stacker License.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Ability to communicate in English and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
