The Logistics Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely movement of parts and materials across various stages of the manufacturing process. This role is pivotal to maintaining continuity on the production floor and acts as the key link between the various production operations.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities- Systematically receive raw materials using the ERP system.
- Perform physical inventory counts.
- Kitting and delivering production orders or other necessary materials to the assembly & test teams.
- Receipt and handling of RMAs in support of the Customer Service team.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with SAP ByDesign (preferred).
- Well‑versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow directions with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work accordingly.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Ability to perform common warehouse tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and conforming to proper PPE requirements.
