Process Maintenance Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Hours:

M-F, daylight with on‑call hours as needed

• Lead and support the Process Maintenance Technician on the opposite shift, providing coaching, training, and oversight. Responsible for performance management, including hiring and termination decisions.
• Perform and direct preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment improvements across systems such as purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize purified water systems to ensure they meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee maintenance of essential plant utilities including compressed air, boilers, chillers, and water distribution networks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as pumps, mixers, and tanks to ensure efficient operation and adherence to production specifications.
• Uphold safety policies and regulatory requirements, conduct safety inspections, and deliver required safety training.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities—work orders, inspections, and safety reports—in accordance with cGMP and data integrity standards.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment or system issues using effective troubleshooting methods.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks while coordinating with relevant departments to support production needs.

• Several years of maintenance experience or work in a related discipline. Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Hands‑on experience with purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending equipment is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process control systems. Familiarity with purified water and liquid blending equipment is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in work.
