Job Summary
Our Guilderland Center location specializes in value-add custom imprinting—giving companies the ability to showcase their brand on essential PPE. We provide high-quality logo printing on high-visibility clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and more, helping organizations promote both safety and brand recognition.
The Production Associate I supports basic tasks on the manufacturing floor and serves as an entry point into production operations. Working under close supervision, this role focuses on learning essential functions, operating simple machinery, and following safety and quality procedures. Associates at this level build foundational skills through hands-on experience while supporting day-to-day production processes.
Responsibilities
- Learn and operate basic computer systems that help monitor production (i.e. Excel, coding machines, Lynq) with guidance.
- Read and follow work orders and job tickets accurately.
- Monitor and operate one machine or process step under supervision.
- Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging.
- Follow all safety procedures and assist with routine cleaning and equipment upkeep.
Required Skills For Success
- High School diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented with consistent attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and develop technical skills.
- Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
