2nd Shift Truss Assembler

Zeeland Lumber & Supply Company, a Division of US LBM, Is Seeking a Truss Assembler - 2nd Shift to join their team in Wyoming, MI!

Wage: $17.25 to $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift premium for 2nd shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00PM to 11:00PM

How you will spend your day as a Truss Assembler:

• Places truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in appropriate position.
• Hammers plates secure in advance of pressing operation.
• Assists in pushing or pulling trusses from table.
• Cleans up work area on a regular basis to avoid stepping on or tripping over scrap material.
• Maintains good communications with Truss Assembly Lead and other Truss Assemblers to have a cohesive and productive work team.
• Learns and applies appropriate safety regulations including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
