We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Development Coordinator to join our intimate wear and womenswear team. This individual contributor role is responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products, ensuring timely execution throughout the product life cycle. You will act as the primary liaison with vendor partners while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in design, production, merchandising, and technical.

• Coordinate development of prototypes and manage the overall development process for assigned product lines (Bras, Panties, Sleep).
• Act as point person on development details with vendor partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
• Drive product life cycle management by handling data entry, costing, and sample tracking.
• Support weekly workflow updates and ensure composites are used effectively as communication tools across teams.
• Track and monitor development milestones to ensure on-time execution.
• Communicate design development details across internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of product design/development experience, preferably in intimates, womenswear, or apparel.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Centric PLM strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design/product systems.
