Free Wheel’s Product and Partnerships Solutions Group serves at the nexus between technical and business solutions teams. The team employs an analytic, innovative, and highly collaborative approach in providing best‑in‑class services and forward‑looking business solutions to the top players in the Television industry. We seek a creative, passionate, and intrinsically motivated Senior Solutions Engineer to help bring our product offerings into their fullest form — establishing and exemplifying best practices in product activation;

acting as the key technical expert in the execution of Free Wheel’s and our clients’ most strategically important implementations; and illuminating client usage in support of improving Free Wheel’s TV Platform offerings. The ideal candidate has previous experience working on data products such as audience, identity and measurement. Product Solutions Engineers must communicate with customers and partners frequently in finding robust solutions to complex problems and will draw upon their expertise and creativity to ensure the success of Free Wheel’s most demanding client initiatives, addressing novel requirements and use cases in collaboration with the Services organization, Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue, Partnerships, and Engineering teams throughout the product development and Serviceability Lifecycle processes.

We seek an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Product Solutions Engineer (PSE) to bring our technology to life each day, establishing and exemplifying best practices in product activation, acting as the key technical expert in the execution of Free Wheel’s and our clients’ most strategically important implementations and illuminating client usage in support of improving Free Wheel’s offerings. Because of the broad purview, this individual must communicate with customers and partners frequently, finding robust solutions to complex problems.

Product Solutions Engineers are expected to draw upon their experience and creativity to ensure the success of Free Wheel’s most demanding client initiatives, often addressing requirements which have never before been asked of Free Wheel by our customers and sales prospects.

• Serve as a subject matter expert across assigned Freewheel’s TV Platform product offerings
• Act as liaison between Account teams, Product Management, and Engineering for matters related to product focus areas, providing guidance and feedback on product usage, gaps and/or needs
• Design and execute technical solutions for client and partner projects with a high degree of autonomy, providing innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of Free Wheel clients’ newest and most demanding business requirements
• Quickly ramp up on Freewheel’s data (audience, identity and measurement) offerings as that will be the primary area to support, followed by other partner areas
• Provides trusted expertise and feedback on internal projects to improve product usage and customer service
• Assist with use case and requirements gathering, prioritization in the backlog management process, ensuring products meet success criteria and mitigating deployment risk with cross‑functional testing
• Help guide new products and features through go‑to‑market phases and evangelize them in market
• Work with client Account teams and Product Management to usher products through the commercialization process, preparing Services organization to deploy at scale and assure product serviceability
