we are seeking an experienced and hands‑on production supervisor to lead afternoon shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• supervise daily production activities during the afternoon/night shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• lead, train, and support production employees; monitor performance and provide coaching
• ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
• monitor production metrics including output, downtime, scrap, and labor utilization
• collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow
• identify and support process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• enforce safety standards and promote a safety‑first culture
• troubleshoot production issues and troubleshoot as needed to minimize downtime
• coordinate with maintenance to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance
• maintain accurate production records and shift reports
