Located in Williamson, NY , our state-of-the-art production facility spans over 1 million sq ft and sits on 217 acres of land. Home to the beloved Motts brand, we’ve been delighting consumers for over 140 years with a diverse range of products, from apple sauce to juices and concentrates. Your Role:
Production Technician I
As a Production Technician I, you will play a crucial role in operating and monitoring high-speed production machinery. Your mission? To maximize production while upholding KDP’s high standards of safety and quality.
Shift and ScheduleThis is a union facility, so flexibility is key! You’ll primarily work 8-hour shifts , with some 12-hour shifts available based on seniority. Here are the shift options:
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

- Starting pay at $22.25 per hour plus a $0.60 shift differential .
