As an Operations Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our high-speed beverage packaging production lines during the night shift. Position: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

In this exciting role, you will manage and coordinate the activities of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products for storage and shipment. Your leadership will guide multiple high-speed production lines, ensuring everything runs smoothly!

This position supports our Night Shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule . Flexibility to work overtime, cover off shifts, and holidays is required as needed.

This is a full-time salary position, paid on a biweekly basis.

• Direct and coach production operators to execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.
• Coordinate beverage packaging while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Achieve established goals for productivity, quality, safety, health, and morale.
• Complete and update all necessary production paperwork and records.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe.
• Analyze production records to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend long-term solutions for equipment and procedural enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement through teamwork and skill development.
• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members.
• Manage employee and management relationships within company policies.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $95,000 per year .

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
• Comfortable developing and conducting group presentations.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback to team members.
