The Williamson, NY operation spans approximately 1 million sq ft and sits on 217 acres . As the home of the beloved Motts brand, we’ve been delighting consumers for over 140 years. Our facility produces a wide variety of products, from apple sauce to juices and concentrates, and includes a raw apple operation that is key to our success. As the Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead all manufacturing personnel, processes, materials, and equipment from start to finish.
• Collaborate with site leadership to achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Drive labor relations and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

This full-time position supports our Day Shift with additional flexibility for overtime.

• Champion safety and inspire team members to prioritize personal safety.
• Ensure timely execution of the production schedule while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Leverage Lean, 5S, and TPM principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with maintenance and technical teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Foster employee engagement through open communication and coaching.
• Manage staffing requirements in line with the operating budget.

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000

• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; STEM Focused, Operations Management, Supply Chain, etc.
• 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events.
• Experience in SAP and with Labor Relations preferred.

• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative management style with a passion for continuous improvement.
