Base pay range$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
A client of Insight Global in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team! This individual will be responsible for leading manufacturing improvements by optimizing packaging line performance and minimizing downtime through data-driven analysis. Must partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process enhancements and uphold quality standards, as well as applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and support continuous improvement.
This is an onsite position; candidates are required to be onsite 5 days per week.
- 5-7 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or biomedical preferred)
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
