Welcome to our Williamson, NY operation, a sprawling 1 million sq ft production facility set on 217 acres. Home to the beloved Mott's brand, we’ve been delighting consumers for over 140 years! Our diverse product range includes everything from apple sauce to juices and concentrates. As the Operations Manager, you will lead all manufacturing personnel, processes, materials, and equipment. Your mission? To ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while driving employee engagement and development. You’ll collaborate closely with site leadership to meet production goals and maintain regulatory compliance.

This full-time position supports our Night Shift , with additional flexibility for overtime.

• Champion safety by inspiring team members to prioritize personal safety and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Foster a positive culture and mentor our leaders.
• Direct departmental activities to ensure timely execution of production schedules and high customer service levels.
• Deliver on cost and performance goals while executing capital plans.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
• Leverage Lean, 5S, and TPM principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage maintenance and technical teams to maintain equipment efficiently.
• Drive employee engagement through goal setting, performance assessment, and open communication.
• Develop training procedures and protocols for your team.
• Manage staffing requirements in line with the operating budget.
• Support technicians in troubleshooting production equipment.

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000
• Benefits from Day 1:
  Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; STEM Focused, Operations Management, Supply Chain, etc.
• 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of experience with Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience with Labor Relations and Union teams preferred.
