About Our Facility
Located in Williamson, NY, our state-of-the-art production facility spans approximately 1 million square feet and sits on 217 acres. As the proud home of the Mott's brand, we've been delighting consumers for over 140 years! Our diverse product range includes everything from apple sauce to juices and concentrates. With ongoing expansions, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and learning in our unionized environment!
Position Overview:
Production Technician II
As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operation and changeover of assigned machines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely maintaining, repairing, and modifying processing and packaging equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and Best Practice procedures.
Shift / Schedule
This is a union facility, so flexibility is key! Most positions are 12-hour shifts, with a few 8-hour shifts available based on seniority. Here are the typical shifts:
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should be able to:
- Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Bend, stretch, and stand for the entire shift.
- Work in various temperature and humidity conditions.
