Field Service Technician

Location: Goshen

* Our client is looking for hardworking, a motivated  
** Field Service Technician
** to join their team. This role requires heavy hands-on and customer-facing skills **. This individual's focus will be coolant/product trials, fluid management, troubleshooting, and customer support.*
* ** No mechanical service or machine repairs.*

What will you be doing?

+ In-person customer visits, check and monitor sumps, troubleshoot fluid-related issues, support machine cleanouts and charge-ups.

+ Monitor product performance at test sites and collect samples.

+ Diagnose malfunctions and operating errors.

+ Record daily activities by completing CRM reporting and follow ups.

+ Adhere to safety guidelines.

** Willingness to travel (60% some overnight travel required)*
* + High School Diploma or GED is required.

** Previous metalworking-fluid or coolant experience preferred.*

** Mechanical aptitude and Metalworking knowledge is a MUST.
