THE WORKThe selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager (OPM) for multiple programs within the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) Market Segment, including TPY-4 and TPS-77 product lines.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Project Managers (MPMs) working multiple programs, providing direction and guidance to them, and serve as a POC to program managers and the program director.
• Manage multi-site manufacturing execution and lead proposal & baseline efforts supported by MPMs on the team.
• Manage program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses.
• Oversee Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for the portfolio.
• Manage execution by multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production supervisors, and the materials team.
• Collaborate with other functions such as sourcing, hardware engineering, and quality to be successful.
