Manufacturing Engineer What you will enjoy doing*- Inthis role you will analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost
- Youwill design, implement, and refine production workflows, tooling, and fixtures to support lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
- Youwill develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment specifications
- Support the integration and programming of CNC machines and metal fabrication equipment and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Recommend process and operational changes to overcome process issues, avoid deviations, and improve productivity by analyzing and interpreting data from manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities
- Youwill possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 3+years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, and in ametalworking environment preferred
- Youshould have an understanding of the properties, behavior, and selection of materials to choose the best option for a specific application's stress,temperature, and environment
- Youhave strong project management abilities, experience in planning,scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources to bring projects from concept through to completion
- Youare required to have strong technical skills and have the ability to work across all levels in the organization
- Experience with C/C++ for embedded systems development and real-time control of mechanical hardware preferred
