FINE & RAW Chocolate is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Chocolate Maker to support daily chocolate production. The ideal candidate will assist with chocolate preparation, maintain product quality, and follow food safety and production standards.. . Key Responsibilities. . Prepare chocolate products according to established recipes. Measure and handle ingredients accurately. Assist with tempering, molding, and finishing chocolate. Monitor production processes and product consistency.

Inspect finished products for quality and appearance. Maintain clean and organized production workstations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Properly store ingredients and finished products. Support packaging and inventory activities when needed. Qualifications. . Previous chocolate-making, baking, or food production experience preferred. Basic knowledge of chocolate handling and production techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow recipes and production instructions.
