VDC Manager

This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates in NY, NY. This position will require 1-2 days a week meeting with clients on site. US work authorization is required.

As a VDC Manager, you’ll lead high-impact BIM and VDC initiatives that drive real-world results-improving project performance, enhancing collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of innovation across complex construction and design projects.

• Lead Complex VDC Projects Manage multiple BIM/VDC projects from kickoff through completion-ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Drive BIM + Lean Innovation Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate project outcomes.
• Own Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients-leading coordination meetings, presenting insights, and delivering solutions that create long-term value.
• Build High-Performance Teams Mentor and guide VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists, establishing best practices and improving team productivity and engagement.
• Advance Technology & Innovation Explore and implement cutting-edge solutions including 4D/5D simulations, point cloud integration, AR/VR, and advanced automation tools.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-visibility, technically complex projects that directly impact how buildings are designed, coordinated, and constructed. Your work will influence both client success and VIATechnik's position as a leader in VDC innovation.
